We provide two different home loan categories to California and Florida cannabis workers and owners, based on their employment scenario in the industry. Existing competitive cannabis home loan programs provide employees, contractors, and business owners of legal cannabis-related enterprises with flexible financing. Unlike federal banks, these programs accept income from legal cannabis-based positions, including growers, budtenders, dispensary managers, media specialists, lab analysts, accountants, and others. For full-time or part-time W2-based employees, home loan criteria include:
